| Senior Legal Secretary (Insurance Litigation) The Position We have an opportunity for Senior Legal Secretary to join this team on a permanent full-time basis. This person will be required to work closely with one of the supervising Partners and their team in the area of defendant insurance. Core duties and responsibilities of the role include: • All forms of client correspondence • Client relationship management • General administration of the division • Mentoring of the junior members in the support team • Assist in divisional marketing and business development activities Requirements The successful incumbent will possess the following: • At least 3 - 5 years experience in a secretarial position within litigation areas such as workers compensation, public risk and compulsory third party insurance • Typing speed of 80 WPM and high level accuracy • A proactive and self-motivated attitude • Experience in using digital dictation • Strong time management and organizational skills together with the capacity to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities simultaneously.
